Shipping Policy

At NutrifyLife Nutraceuticals, getting your supplements to you quickly, safely and in perfect condition is part of the promise we make. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, pack, dispatch and deliver orders placed through www.nutrifylife.in. It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and our Return and Refund Policy.

1. Where we ship

We currently deliver across India to all serviceable PIN codes covered by our courier partners. You can confirm serviceability by entering your PIN code at checkout.

We do not ship internationally at this time. If you are outside India and would like to order, write to us at support@nutrifylife.in and we will let you know when international delivery becomes available.

2. Order processing

Orders are processed on business days, which are Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are normally packed and handed to our courier partner the same day. Orders placed after that time, or on a Sunday or public holiday, are dispatched on the next business day.

During new product launches, festive periods and promotional sales, processing may take an additional one to two business days. We will always tell you if this applies to your order.

Once your order has been handed to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link.

3. Delivery timelines

Delivery times are counted from the date of dispatch, not the date the order was placed.

Metro cities such as Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Kolkata and Pune typically receive orders within [4 to 6 business days]. Other cities and towns across India typically receive orders within [7 to 10 business days]. Remote locations, including the North-Eastern states, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep, may take [10 to 15 business days].

These timelines are good-faith estimates provided by our logistics partners and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, as described in Section 8.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above Rs. 1999.

For orders below that value, a flat shipping charge of Rs. 99 is applied and shown clearly at checkout before you pay. All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GST, and a tax invoice is included with every shipment.

5. Payment and Cash on Delivery

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI and net banking. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure third-party payment providers.

6. Delivery address and failed deliveries

Please make sure your delivery address, PIN code and phone number are complete and accurate at checkout. We are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched.

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If delivery fails on all attempts because nobody is available, the address is incorrect or incomplete, or the recipient is unreachable on the phone number provided, the parcel will be returned to us.

Where an order is returned to us for these reasons, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch. Re-delivery charges of Rs. 99//- will apply. For prepaid orders that you do not wish to have re-sent, we will refund the product value after deducting the original and return shipping costs actually incurred.

7. Order changes and cancellations

In line with our Terms and Conditions, you may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been processed for dispatch. Email support@nutrifylife.in with your order number as early as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, and any request will be handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Delays outside our control

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These include adverse weather, natural events, transport strikes, regional lockdowns or restrictions, courier network disruption, and delays arising from regulatory or customs checks.

If your order is significantly delayed, our support team will follow up with the courier on your behalf and keep you informed until it is delivered.

9. Tracking your order

Every shipment is trackable. You will receive your tracking number by email, and if you created an account you can also see it under My Account, in the order details.

Tracking information can take up to 24 hours after dispatch to become active on the courier’s system. If your tracking has not updated after 48 hours, please contact us.

10. Receiving your order

Please inspect the parcel before accepting it. If the outer packaging is torn, wet, visibly tampered with or the tamper-evident seal on the bottle is broken, do not accept the delivery, and inform us immediately at support@nutrifylife.in.

If you discover damage after opening the parcel, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Verified damaged or defective items are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund including shipping, as set out in our Return and Refund Policy.

12. Lost shipments

If tracking shows no movement for 7 consecutive business days, or the courier marks a parcel as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days. We will raise an investigation with the courier, which usually concludes within 7 to 10 business days. Where a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, at your preference.

13. Changes to this policy

Nutrifylife Nutraceuticals Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. We encourage you to review it periodically.
